Welcome! Your pregnancy journey is one of the most special times in your life and I am incredibly HONORED to be a part of it. This is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your baby through this time and I am excited to help you through this season.
After signup, you will receive an email from "Apotheo" in your inbox (remember to check spam!) asking you to complete a detailed questionnaire after payment. This initial intake questionnaire is what I will use to create a plan for you and set nutrition and habit goals for us to work toward together. I will be in touch within 24 hours of completion of that form to get your on-board Zoom meeting scheduled.
